We are a growing real estate investment company seeking a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in the U.S. real estate industry. This role focuses on providing essential support to our real estate investment operations, including loan processing, property acquisition, deal analysis, and renovation project management.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented: Can manage multiple projects and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Proficient in communication: Must have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Tech-savvy: Familiar with using digital tools and software.
- Experience in the following areas is highly desirable:
- Loan Processing: Knowledge of loan documents and processes, especially related to real estate investment.
- Property Management: Handling day-to-day management tasks, communicating with tenants, or assisting in property operations.
- Project Management (Construction): Coordinating or supporting renovation and construction projects.
- Deal Analysis: Analyzing potential real estate investments and conducting due diligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing property acquisitions and real estate investments.
- Support loan processing tasks, including organizing documentation and client communication.
- Analyze real estate deals, conduct market research, and provide investment insights.
- Coordinate and oversee renovation projects by communicating with contractors and tracking project timelines.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and project management tools.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle general administrative tasks.
Tools We Use:
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- ClickUp (or similar project management tools like Trello, Asana,
- DialPad for communication
- CRM systems (Any experience with CRM software is a plus)
- Experience with these tools is preferred but not required. We are open to training candidates with relevant skills and experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of U.S. real estate experience (property management, loan processing, project management, or deal analysis).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English (excellent written and spoken communication).
- A stable internet connection and a professional remote workspace are needed.
- Experience using Google Suite; familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work full-time, 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
