Job Summary
We seek a highly motivated Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our clients, including CEOs and business owners in the U.S. The ideal candidate will manage projects, organize ideas, coordinate with team members, and handle various administrative tasks. They should be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills with a bubbly personality.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Support:
-Manage clients' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Organize and prioritize emails, correspondence, and phone calls.
-Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

2. Project Management:
-Assist in planning and executing projects using tools like Asana, Slack, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Trello.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
-Organize clients' ideas into actionable plans and strategies.

3. Content Creation & Communication:
- Draft and edit emails, reports, and blog posts.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and content creation (a plus).
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

4. Research & Data Management:
-Conduct data scraping and research vendors or suppliers for events and projects.
-Organize and maintain documentation and databases.
-Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

5. Administrative Tasks:
-Handle confidential information with discretion.
-Perform general administrative duties as required.
-Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years working as a Virtual Assistant for a U.S. business owner, preferably a CEO or COO.
2. Proven experience in project management and organizing executive-level ideas.
3. Excellent conversational English with a friendly and energetic demeanor.
4. Proficient in collaborative tools like Asana, Slack, Monday.com, ClickUp, or Trello.
5. Outstanding organizational and documentation abilities.
6. Exceptional writing skills suitable for professional communication and content creation.
7. Strong data scraping skills and experience in researching vendors and suppliers.
8. Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies.
9. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
1. Experience with content creation and social media management is a plus.
2. Previous experience working with a VA company.
