I’m seeking a dedicated, organized, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help streamline both my personal and business life. This role requires full-time commitment, with no other jobs or side commitments, as you will be integral in building and managing my business ventures.
Job Overview:
As my full-time Virtual Assistant, you will be essential in keeping my life and businesses running smoothly. You will manage tasks across my ventures and personal life, while helping organize, streamline, and build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role is focused on ensuring that my businesses operate efficiently, my personal life stays balanced, and my teams are organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule personal appointments, family activities, and ensure there’s balance between work and personal life.
- Family Support: Help coordinate family events, appointments for my kids, and organize family time.
- Travel Coordination: Handle all aspects of personal travel bookings and itineraries for vacations and family trips.
- Errands & Purchases: Manage online ordering of household items and personal needs, including groceries and services.
- Health & Fitness Support: Track my fitness progress, help schedule workouts, and research health-related services such as nutritionists or personal trainers.
- Event Planning: Assist with planning personal events such as birthdays and family celebrations.
- Household Management: Organize household services (cleaning, maintenance), and track recurring tasks like bill payments.
- Personal Development Research: Research courses, books, or hobbies to support my personal growth and interests.
- Reminders & Follow-ups: Set reminders and manage follow-ups for important personal tasks and family obligations.
Business Assistant Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition Support: Research potential clients, handle outreach, and manage scheduling of meetings or follow-ups.
- Project Management: Oversee timelines for business projects, ensuring deadlines are met and coordinating with tea
- Content Scheduling & Social Media Management: Assist in managing my personal social media accounts and business platforms. Schedule posts, engage with followers, and track analytics.

- Marketing Coordination: Run advertising campaigns, track performance, and manage lead generation efforts.
- Brand Partnerships & Collaborations: Research and manage brand collaboration opportunities, and maintain ongoing relationships with partners.
- Content Research & Ideas: Generate content ideas, track trends, and assist in developing content for YouTube, social media, and podcasts.
- Event Planning: Coordinate speaking engagements, business trips, and public appearances, ensuring smooth execution.
- Legal & Financial Assistance: Help manage business expenses, track financials, and coordinate with accountants or legal advisors on contracts and paperwork.
- Team & Business Organization: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient workflows across the business. Organize and structure teams for better communication, productivity, and clarity within all ventures.
- Video Editing & Thumbnail Creation: Assist in editing video content for YouTube, social media platforms, and business projects. Create visually appealing thumbnails to drive engagement and clicks.
- Graphic Design: Design graphics for social media, marketing materials, and business collateral to ensure consistent branding and high-quality visual presentation.
Requirements:
- Full-time Availability: You must be available to commit full-time to this role, with no other job or side commitments.
- Proven Experience: Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting both personal and business tasks.
- SOP Development: Strong experience in building and implementing Standard Operating Procedures to optimize workflows and efficiency.
- Business Organization: Ability to organize and structure teams and business operations, ensuring effective communication and productivity.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask efficiently across multiple projects and ventures.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and social media platforms.
- Project Management Tools: Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and CRM systems.
- Video Editing & Graphic Design: Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva).
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive Problem-Solver: Self-starter with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
