I am a modelagent for fashion models and I search for an assistant .
Our goal is to make female models successfull as a international model..
Responsibilities:
* Manage
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
* Maintain and update databases and documents.
* Provide customer service support via
* Conduct research on various topics as needed.
* Prepare reports and create presentations.
* Assist with social media management (if applicable).
Requirements:
* Language Skills:
* Proficient in English (required).
* Experience:
* Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems and Asana
* Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
* Technical Requirements:
* Reliable high-speed internet connection.
* Up-to-date computer and necessary peripherals (e.g., headset).
Working Hours:
* Philippine Time: Between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
* Note: Please ensure you are comfortable working during these hours.
Compensation:
