Tow Truck Dispatcher

We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team as a Tow Truck Dispatcher. If you, possess excellent English skills, and are a fast learner, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Requirements:
•Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills
•Strong knowledge of geography and the ability to read maps
•Reliable internet connection (with backup)
•Team player with a positive attitude
•Fast learner with attention to detail

Work Details:
•Starting Rate: $4.50/hour
•Shifts Available: Saturday and Sunday (7am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am)
•Additional Hours: Potential for more hours during the week

Key Responsibilities:
•Efficiently dispatch drivers to various destinations
•Accurately input details into the system with attention to detail
•Monitor and maintain correct status times of tows in the system
•Communicate critical information to drivers for completing their calls
•Ensure invoice numbers, mileage, and rates are correctly entered
•Provide customers with estimated times of arrival and accurate rates
•Stay in touch with customers, keeping them updated on their tow status
•Offer accurate mapping information to drivers when needed
•Manage drivers effectively and help improve performance
•Maintain professionalism under pressure and respond promptly to requests
•Take initiative to stay productive during downtime
•Foster strong working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and clients
•Adhere to punctuality, personal appearance standards, and health & safety procedures
•Commit to personal development and continuously improve in the role
