Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Social Media Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with influencers across various social media platforms to promote our brand, products, and services. The ideal candidate is passionate about influencer marketing, has strong communication skills, and is able to strategically collaborate with influencers to amplify brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify social media influencers (micro, macro, and mega) across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others relevant to our niche.
- Build and maintain a database of potential influencers and key contacts.
- Initiate and maintain outreach campaigns to influencers to negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and sponsored content.
- Develop influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall brand and marketing goals.
- Foster long-term relationships with influencers to maintain ongoing brand collaborations.
- Track, measure, and report the performance of influencer campaigns (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions).
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging influencers in our industry.
- Coordinate product seeding to influencers when necessary and manage all related logistics.
- Ensure that brand message is consistently represented across influencer campaigns.
- Posting/ publishing content on various social media platforms (Tiktok, YouTube, IG, FB, etc)

Skills and Requirements:

- Proven experience in influencer outreach, influencer marketing, or public relations.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Ability to identify influencers who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building partnerships and collaborations.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms/tools is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple influencer relationships and campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to analyze data and campaign performance to adjust strategies accordingly.
- A passion for social media, marketing, and emerging trends.
- Familiarity with content creation and an eye for identifying high-quality influencer content.
