JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
I am looking for an experienced and resourceful Social Media Content Creator with a strong background in Executive Assistance and Customer Service to join my team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting engaging social media content while also providing administrative support and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This hybrid role requires creativity, organization, and outstanding communication skills to assist leadership in managing daily operations. I’m looking for someone to start out part-time with the possibility of full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation:
• Develop, create, and publish original content for various social media platforms to engage and grow the audience.
• Curate visually appealing posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices to enhance content strategy.
• Track and analyze performance metrics for social media campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.

Executive Assistance:
• Provide administrative support (ex. Data entry).
• Conduct research and prepare materials to support executive decision-making.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Customer Service:
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns across via email ensuring a positive experience and prompt resolution of issues.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
o Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media content creation, executive assistance, and customer service.
o Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms and create engaging, on-brand content.
o Prior experience working directly with senior leadership or executives in an administrative capacity.
• Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
o Strong understanding of social media trends, and best practices.
o High level of organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
o Resourceful
o Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with creating engaging video content (e.g., TikTok, Reels).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) or similar Google tools
• Familiar with ChatGPT and AI in general
