Position: Experienced Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule loads, ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and vendors to provide updates and resolve any issues.
Monitor and track shipments in real-time, utilizing dispatch software and GPS technology.
Optimize routes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while adhering to safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and communications.
Assist in resolving any operational issues that may arise during transportation.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless logistics and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatching, preferably in the trucking or logistics industry.
Strong understanding of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
Proficiency in dispatch software and technology (e.g., TMS, GPS tracking systems).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
