**Hours:** 32-40 hours per week (Full-Time) with time tracking
### **Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant and Writer to support our leadership team. This individual will be responsible for drafting high-quality Notion documents, managing complex projects, and providing day-to-day administrative assistance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has excellent written communication skills. You will be expected to maintain responsiveness and be able to track work hours diligently.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Document Creation & Management:**
- Draft, edit, and manage Notion documents, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Create templates, guides, and internal communications as needed.
- Organize and maintain all digital files and documents for easy access.
- **Project Planning & Management:**
- Assist with planning and coordinating complex, multi-phase projects.
- Track progress on projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with tea
- **Administrative Support:**
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
- Handle day-to-day communications, including drafting
- Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and other logistics.
- **Research & Writing:**
- Conduct research and summarize findings for reports, presentations, or internal use.
- Draft and edit internal memos, external communications, and other written content.
- Ensure all written communication reflects the company’s voice and standards.
- **Time Management & Responsiveness:**
- Track and report work hours accurately using time-tracking tools.
- Respond promptly to
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
### **Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Notion or similar project management tools.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- High level of responsiveness and availability during work hours.
- Strong research skills and the ability to summarize complex information.
- Familiarity with time-tracking software (HubStaff).
### **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working with C-level executives or in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or similar.
- Ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
