Work Arrangement: Fully remote, with a flexible schedule primarily aligned to US Pacific Standard Time (PST). Occasionally, you will also mirror the EU schedule to ensure seamless collaboration.

Job Type: Independent Contractor, Full-time.

Salary Range: Up to $1,600 per month, based on experience, with potential performance-based bonuses.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 8 AM – 5 PM PST (90% of the time) and occasional EU schedule alignment (10%).

Locations: Remote, open to candidates globally, with a preference for those who can comfortably work during US and EU time zones.

Role Overview:
As a Talent & Vendor Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in our recruitment and vendor management processes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the company's growth by sourcing top talent and reliable vendors.

Your Impact:
Your efforts will directly contribute to building a robust talent pool, ensuring vendor partnerships align with business needs, and maintaining high operational efficiency. You will be pivotal in driving the company’s success by ensuring the right people and partners are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing and Initial Screening (40%)
- Conduct targeted searches on LinkedIn based on specific parameters, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future positions.
- Perform initial interviews with candidates to evaluate their fit for the role, focusing on qualifications, experience, and overall suitability.
- Work closely with hiring managers to refine search criteria and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals.

2. Vendor Research and Management (30%)
- Investigate potential vendors, including production companies, co-packers, and agencies, ensuring they meet the required standards for collaboration.
- Engage in initial discussions with vendors to assess their capabilities, ensuring they can meet the company's operational needs.
- Build and manage relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth and effective partnerships that align with business goals.

3. Customer Support and Financial Operations (30%)
- Handle customer inquiries and support tickets, providing timely and helpful responses to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Process financial transactions, including vendor payments and wire transfers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness to support smooth operations.
- Assist in categorizing and labeling expenditures to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting for effective budget management.

Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or vendor management with a proven track record.
- Familiarity with ATS, recruitment software, Google Workspace, Slack.
- Ability to conduct market research and vendor analysis.
- Proficient in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience building relationships with candidates, vendors, and teams.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.

Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Rippling, Quickbooks Online, Carta, Bex, Figma.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in another language.
