Job Title: Social Media Outreach Virtual Assistant

We are a rapidly growing company in need of a reliable, long-term Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with outbound messaging and appointment setting. As part of our dynamic team of 15 employees, you’ll play a key role in expanding our reach and helping us connect with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Send initial messages and reach out to potential prospects with tailored, pre-crafted messages.
• Collaborate closely with our team, who will handle responses and further communication.
• Assist in organizing and managing outreach campaigns to ensure timely follow-ups and lead engagement.

• Full training provided—no prior experience necessary so long as you have fluent English and a strong work ethic. (Experience in lead generation is a plus)

Requirements:
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Hardworking, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Availability to work full-time hours PST.
