Schedule: Monday - Friday (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM MNL)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and analyze their needs.
- Implement outreach campaigns through
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the special projects team to ensure a smooth transition of leads.
- Track and report on lead generation metrics and ROI.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation and outreach, preferably in the engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead nurturing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
