Client Overview:
*Amber is a Human Resources strategist and an absolute dream client to work with! She’s looking for an awesome unicorn who can take some administrative tasks off her plate so she can focus on more pressing things.

*Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 7am-12pm Pacific Time (US)
*Must have experience in administrative support
*Must have prior experience managing multiple calendars and scheduling (Ideally through Outlook, but not required)
*Must be an excellent writer and comfortable writing emails and preparing other documents as required
*Must be able to manage and adapt to various software systems, including applicant tracking systems.
*Must be familiar with LinkedIn
*Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Strong multitasking and time-management capabilities.
*HR and recruitment experience is nice to have, but not required
*Prior experience in basic marketing is ideal, but not required.
*Must be female

Software tools used by the client:
*Microsoft Office Suite
*Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
*LinkedIn
*Canva for marketing

Responsibilities/Tasks:
*Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules
*Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
*Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
*Compose and manage emails
*Operate and maintain applicant tracking systems (client will train you if you're willing to learn and adapt!)
*Clean up documents (formatting and wording) to meet professional standards
*Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
*Handle basic social media tasks
*Assist with lead generation
*Assist with sourcing candidates
*Research and organize logistics for client meetings and travel accommodations
*Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
*Assist with light social media/marketing tasks.
