JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Executive Assistant to support our business owners with a variety of marketing, sales, and administrative tasks. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, overseeing sales processes, and optimizing follow-ups. Additionally, you will assist the admin team with various tasks, conduct research, and ensure efficient handling of administrative work. Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided. You may have applied with us before, but please reapply with the 3 steps below as this is a new position we will be hiring in the next week. You must use at least 10AP.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Management: Execute and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, copywriting, and direct mail.
Sales Support: Oversee sales processes, manage follow-ups, and review sales strategies for improvement.
SEO Coordination: Collaborate with the SEO team to enhance online visibility and search engine rankings.
Process Improvement: Review and refine marketing and sales processes for increased efficiency.
Hiring Support: Assist in hiring by coordinating job postings, screenings, and interviews.
Admin Team Support: Help the admin team by reviewing their tasks, taking initiative to handle tasks from their plate, and providing support with research tasks as needed.
Department Collaboration: Work with various departments to address needs and ensure effective contact management.
Training and Support:

Comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Work Schedule:

You will need to work at least 2-3 hours each day on a Zoom call with a teaUpgrade to see actual infomber between 8 and 12 in the morning CST.
The role will require 10-30 hours per week, depending on assignments and tasks.

Additional work may be completed on your own time throughout the day.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative.
