Job Description: Full-Time Secretary (Office-Based)
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Full-Time Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls,
Organize and coordinate office activities and events.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and equipment.
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute notes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive and office equipment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
College Graduate and additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
