JOB OVERVIEW

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our day-to-day operations, including providing exceptional customer service, managing and responding to emails, reaching out to relevant organizations, handling basic bookkeeping tasks, and performing various administrative duties. You will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses to address and resolve issues. Additionally, you will oversee the company’s email inbox, prioritize correspondence, and follow up on outreach efforts with organizations. Basic bookkeeping responsibilities will involve invoicing, expense tracking, and maintaining financial records. You will also assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administrative support or customer service, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
