Role Overview: In the role of Remote Zoom Video Administrative Assistant, you will be crucial in supporting our operations by handling administrative tasks remotely. This part-time position has the potential to become full-time within the first three months.

Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties via Zoom and other digital platforms.
Manage company schedules, appointments, and communications.
Organize and maintain records, documents, and databases.
Assist in coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities.
Use Trello for task management and QuickBooks for financial records.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency with Zoom for video conferencing and communication.
Familiarity with Trello for task management.
Experience with QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication abilities and keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the facility maintenance or related industry.
Willingness to transition to a full-time position within three months.
