Candidates must have:

OUTSTANDING written English skills, as almost all communication is via email.
STRONG English verbal communication skills
A college degree with good grades
An eagerness to learn and enthusiasm
MUST have a way to send and receive text messages to and from US numbers
MUST be able to work from 8 am to 5 pm PACIFIC time, Monday through Friday
MUST have a good internet connection
MUST be able to respond to emails quickly
KNOWS how to do excellent research
Being a recent college graduate is an advantage

Priority requirements:

- Your resume. It should include an active list of references with their email addresses and phone numbers.
- Your college transcript.
- Female
- Must have job reference from a direct supervisor for current job or last job

Other information:

The starting pay is Php 250 per hour, paid monthly via PayPal. Salary for the current month is paid within the first three days of the following month.
Unpaid lunch break is from noon to 1 pm PACIFIC time.
There are no benefits such as vacation, holidays, paid sick leaves, etc.
Non-negotiable.
