Retail Store Design Coordinator with Sketchup expertise(Must be organized)

We are looking for a Retail Store Design Coordinator to tackle new store opening projects and help coordinate visual store maintenance in order to support Squishable’s exciting store growth. The primary focus of the role will be to create initial model and space designs, order and coordinate fixtures, and keep store opening documents organized and up-to-date for new Squishable retail stores.

Responsibilities:
Help organize and plan out Squishable retail store projects, keeping track of timelines for key deliverables (including scopes of work, fixture plans, shopping lists, and more).
Contribute to scopes of work decks (including paint plans, fixture installation plans, floor plans, and merchandise planograms).
Organize and maintain a list of vendors for fixturing and store buildout jobs.
Order fixtures to store locations, track delivery, and keep all parties updated on order status.
Assist in sourcing fixtures and fixture alternatives from the market to implement in floorplans.
Contacting, communicating, and working with vendors, mall management, and other 3rd party partners to coordinate projects and initiatives.
Mock-up product merchandising displays for store visual direction.
Translate photos and measurements into 2D and 3D store models and elevations using Sketchup software, and adapt existing models as needed to assist the communication needs of new store projects.
Work closely with team members in other departments to achieve goals and increase productivity.
Skills
Expert in Google Suite, Canva, and project management
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Acrobat) to assist in creating store and merchandising visualizations
Experience using SketchUp to create floor plans and visualizations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Visual merchandising experience preferred
Retail Experience

Hours:
Must be available for at least 6 out of the 8 hours during our business hours( The other two hours can be adjusted due to the time difference). Our business hours are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

Must have Internet:
An Internet connection test will be conducted to test internet speed and strength.
