Job Summary:
Smart Website Designers is a web design company specialising in WordPress websites using Elementor Pro. We also offer website troubleshooting and hosting services. We are expanding and seeking an Operations Manager to manage our day-to-day operations and lead a small team of web designers.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee all projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Allocate tasks and monitor progress.
Freelancer Coordination:
Act as the main contact for freelancers.
Communicate project requirements clearly and manage performance.
Quality Assurance:
Review work for accuracy and functionality.
Troubleshoot WordPress, Elementor Pro, cPanel, and hosting issues.
Client Interaction:
Assist with client communication as needed.
Provide updates to the business owner.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain Slack workspace for team communication and project updates.
Document project management processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing web design projects, particularly with WordPress and Elementor Pro.
Strong understanding of website hosting, cPanel, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
