As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Amazon Brand Manager to lead our team and ensure seamless operations across all departments.
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to oversee and coordinate efforts across multiple departments, including Product Development, Inventory Management, Design, and Advertising. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations and foster collaboration within our highly experienced team. The Amazon Brand Manager will also be responsible for keeping the team accountable for their weekly tasks, implementing strategies to scale the brand in the USA market, and overseeing the successful launch and growth in the DE Amazon market.
Key Responsibilities:
Departmental Oversight: Ensure smooth operations across Product Development, Inventory Management, Design, and Advertising teams. Facilitate collaboration and communication between departments.
Accountability: Hold tea
Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to scale the brand across all Amazon markets, with a focus on sustainable growth.
Market Expansion: Oversee the launch and adaptation of our products in the DE Amazon market, addressing the specific needs and challenges of that region.
Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor the team to achieve their best performance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Proactive Learning: Continuously seek out knowledge and consultations with experts to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the brand’s competitive edge.

Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the UK, USA, and DE Amazon markets, including experience with market-specific challenges and opportunities.
Commercial sense: solid understanding of the basics of a Profit & Loss (P&L) statement and the ability to identify and implement financial improvements
