About Us:We are a dynamic construction company committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Virtual Assistant to manage our invoicing process using QuickBooks Desktop. If you have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping with proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
-Create and manage invoices for clients and vendors using QuickBooks Desktop.
-Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.
-Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate data entry in QuickBooks Desktop.
-Generate financial reports and assist in analyzing financial data.
-Maintain organized records of invoices;
-Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding billing issues.
-Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience using QuickBooks Desktop for invoicing and bookkeeping.
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
-Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other relevant software.
-Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
-Prior experience working in a virtual assistant role is a plus.
