Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Leasing Coordinator to join our team. The role involves managing leasing processes, coordinating with tenants and landlords, and ensuring smooth operations. This is a remote position with flexible hours, but familiarity with the New York market is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Management: Oversee the entire leasing process, including listing properties, screening potential tenants, scheduling showings, and handling lease agreements.
- Tenant and Landlord Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
- On-site Software Utilization: Efficiently use On-site software to manage property listings, tenant applications, and lease documents.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and pricing in the New York real estate market.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to leasing activities.
