Our client is looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join their team as an Executive Assistant (EA). This full-time role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent time management skills and a strong sense of initiative. The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, and proficient in both spoken and written English.

What we're looking for?
-Self-starter EA
-Organized Individual: Ability to manage and track numerous projects at once.
-Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
-Good Time Management Skills: Efficiently prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
-Strong Sense of Initiative: Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
-Process-Oriented: Follow and improve upon established procedures.
-Fluent in Spoken and Written English(Neutral accent): Communicate clearly and professionally.
-Experience with CRM Systems: Proven ability to manage and utilize CRM tools.
-Proven Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is essential.
-Experience with WordPress is better but not required.


Key Responsibilities:
General Administration
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.


Email
Communication:
Handle incoming requests from potential clients, coordinate responses, and manage email correspondence.

Travel Arrangements:
Book flights, hotels, and other travel-related activities.

Customer Queries:
Assist customers with inquiries over the phone, providing excellent service.

Organizational Support:
Help with organization and prioritization of tasks and projects.

Operational Support:
Provide various operational and administrative support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Psychology with a neutral accent.

BENEFITS:

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
-4 weeks of paid holidays and Sick Leave
