Part-time Gen VA

Hi!

We are a home care agency based in Oakland, California and we are looking for a part time General Virtual Assistant to help us with administrative tasks during off hours. Some of the tasks required for this position are scheduling, client intakes, inbound/outbound calls, email management etc.

We need someone who can work during the weekend. Has a good character, a problem solver, can work independently, can communicate in a timely manner, have good english speaking skills and is available to work asap.

The schedule required for this position is

Saturday, Sunday (12 hrs/day)
Monday, Tue, and Wed (3 hrs/day)
28-33hrs weekly
