The People Company is recruiting a part-time (but soon to be full-time) virtual administrative assistant on behalf of an insurance agency based in Connecticut. The agency is seeking a highly organized individual to provide administrative support and contribute to overall office efficiency.

We are looking for candidates with strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, responding to inquiries and filtering important messages.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and reminders for the agency owner and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy information within the AgencyBloc CRM.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
- Draft, proofread, and edit various written materials, including emails, reports, and website content.
- Assist with website updates and content management as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient office procedures and workflows.

Key Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance agency
- Proficiency in administrative tasks (email management, calendar management, data entry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in AgencyBloc CRM
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Brightfire, Levitate, Mailbox Power, and Calendly/Google Calendar
