About the Role:
As our Account Manager/Executive Assistant (EA), you’ll play a crucial role in managing our client relationships and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of care. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with seamless service and support. Additionally, you’ll assist our team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. What Awaits You:
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication of services, processes, and expectations. Regularly check in with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services, proactively addressing any issues that arise.
• Team Support: Work closely with the concierge team, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure client requests and needs are communicated and met efficiently. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, documentation, and communication. Support the team with special projects or initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee the completion of tasks related to client requests, ensuring everything is handled promptly and accurately. Identify areas where processes can be improved to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, agreements, and preferences to ensure consistent and personalized service.
• Client Experience Enhancement: Gather and analyse client feedback to identify opportunities for improving the client experience. Work with the team to personalize services for each client based on their preferences and needs, ensuring a bespoke experience. Assist in planning and coordinating special events or services for clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
• Support During Peak Times: Be available to assist the team during peak times or emergencies, helping to manage increased workloads or unexpected issues. Provide support across various roles and tasks as needed, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
