Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Administrative:
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining records.
Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, managing office space, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Customer Support:
Address customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Qualifications:
