We are looking for an excellent File Clerk to assist in supporting our team.
Responsibilities:
Email
Expert in Excel and other related tools
Creating and updating databases
Meeting/project preparation and coordination
Project management
Task management & data entry
Booking and coordinating project arrangements
Organising and scheduling appointments and meetings
Preparing reports, files, and other documents
Required skills:
Honest, dependable and trustworthy
Can work independently
Excellent English Communication skills
Experienced in prioritising tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
Results-driven individual, who is a self-starter with excellent attention to detail
Finds value in nurturing the relationship with the team while being a proactive thinker, not just a task doer
Must have availability during normal business UK hours, Monday through Friday
No other full time work
