**Hours**: Full-time (7:30 AM - 3:00 PM CST) Tea
**Role and Responsibilities**
We are looking for a passionate, driven individual to join our team as a Real-Time Operations and Logistics Assistant. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Real-Time Communication**
Send
Relay real-time information about truck delays and schedule changes to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery times and shipment updates.
**Coordination and Documentation**
Coordinate orders and shipments, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and timely.
Update living documents with trucking information and maintain communication with the manufacturing team.
**Customer Interaction**
Respond to customer inquiries about purchase orders and shipment statuses.
Deliver exceptional customer service by acknowledging issues, providing solutions, and ensuring customers feel valued and heard.
