Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Team Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sales team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our sales representatives are conducting their Zoom calls on time and that clients are prepared for their scheduled meetings.

Responsibilities:

Manage the daily activities of a team of 4+ sales representatives.
Ensure all sales reps are on time and prepared for their scheduled Zoom calls.
Oversee the Zoom channel, ensuring both sales reps and clients join calls punctually.
Call clients who have booked meetings to confirm their attendance and readiness.
Monitor sales reps' performance and provide support as needed.
Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Work USA hours from 10 am to 5 pm daily.
Requirements:

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience in managing a sales team or similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable using Zoom and other online communication tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Available to work USA hours (10 am to 5 pm).
