Deliverables:
- 40 hours of work with under 20% idle time
- Qualified Candidate Showing for In Person Interview and Fills Out Survey About Hiring Process (Only Positive)
- New Marketer from Online Gets 2 Installs
This is for a door to door sales position for a storm restoration and solar company.
You are expected to deliver at least 10-30 qualified candidates coming to our office per week and fill out the survey.
Last year we had 150 candidates coming into our office within a period of 2 months and the person that was in this position was not as good.
Of course a requirement here is perfect English and very good organizational skills.
You will be using platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, Craiglist, LinkedIn to source candidates.
We have automation bots for LinkedIn that can be used once things look good in terms of branding that will skyrocket the inflow of new candidates joining the company.
