Join our vibrant team to bring the magical world of "The Lemurian Experience" to life! This innovative musical explores themes of ancient wisdom, cosmic truths, and human connections through a dynamic blend of music, dance, and captivating storytelling.
We are looking for a proactive and passionate Virtual Assistant / Production Assistant to support our production team in organizing and executing this exciting summer musical.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily administrative tasks to support the production team.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, rehearsals, and other production-related events.

- Assist with document management, including scripts, contracts, and production schedules.
- Help manage online platforms, including updating websites and social media accounts.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with digital tools for scheduling, communication, and document management.
- Previous experience in a production or administrative support role is preferred.
- Passion for the arts, theatre, or creative industries is highly desirable.
