Position Overview:

As a Back Office Worker, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our advertising processes across various platforms, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include monitoring advertising campaigns, liaising with service providers, managing social media activities, producing advertising reports, and maintaining a monthly Gantt chart for social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

-Monitor and manage advertising processes across different social channels, apps, and client website banners.
-Respond promptly to inquiries from service providers via WhatsApp and emails.
-Execute and oversee clients' social media activities, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness.
-Produce detailed advertising reports from various marketing tools.
-Manage a monthly Gantt chart for social media campaigns, ensuring timely execution.

Requirements:

-Quick learning ability and a keen interest in digital marketing trends.
-Excellent command of English.
-Appropriate technical setup: microphone, camera, and stable, high-speed internet.
-Proficiency in content development, including creating videos or screenshots when necessary.
-Technological aptitude, with mandatory knowledge of ChatGPT and experience with task management tools like ClickUp (training provided for unfamiliar tools).
-High verbal and communication skills.
-Leadership and management capabilities.
-Organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Strong problem-solving skills with an open-minded approach.
-Effective time management.
-Commitment to ethical and value-based standards.
-Ability to work during afternoon and evening hours in the Philippines to align with Israeli business hours.
