Remote Office Administrator/Personal Assistant
Role Summary:
We are searching for the BEST dedicated Remote Office Administrator/Personal Assistant to streamline our operations and support our team. This position offers the unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, enhancing your skills while contributing to the growth of our business from anywhere in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
Manage routine workflows, including the distribution of photoshoots completed the previous day.
Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness for each shoot.
Handle customer inquiries via
Communicate effectively with clients over the phone, demonstrating proficiency in English.
Weekly Tasks:
Conduct payroll processes for a small team (2-3 people).
Manage the backup of photoshoot data on Google Drive.
Handle billing for major clients using Google Sheets.
Upload selected images to our stock photo sister company.
Make 4-5 Instagram posts weekly
Bonuses:
Provide personal assistance to the CEO, including managing schedules and coordinating projects.
Engage in bookkeeping tasks to assist with financial management.
Partake in projects that contribute to the company's growth and efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in office administration or as a personal assistant, preferably in a remote capacity.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, etc.).
Access to a reliable and fast internet connection.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
Experience in payroll, basic financial management, and bookkeeping is a plus.
