We are searching for a proactive and accountable professional, someone who is not only autonomous and motivated but also desires to expand their skills by working directly with the CEO.
This role is designed for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to excellence in customer service with a HIGH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Must have 2 years or more experience.
Customer Service Excellence: Actively follow up on client inquiries, ensuring that every request is addressed promptly and effectively, thereby enhancing our clients' overall experience.
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Organizing both the company's and CEO's schedules. This involves meticulously planning all appointments and adhering to deadlines to facilitate smooth operations.
Task and Project Coordination: Utilize Asana for loading of projects and assignments. Assign due dates, monitor progress, and confirm the completion of tasks.

Administrative Support: Engage in a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the effective management of the company's day-to-day operations.
