Job Title: IT Support Specialist - BPO Operations

Responsibilities:
1. End-User Support:
• Provide technical support to BPO agents, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary IT resources.
2. System Monitoring and Maintenance:
• Monitor and maintain the IT infrastructure supporting BPO operations including VOIP..
• Conduct routine checks to ensure the smooth functioning of systems.
• Implement upgrades and patches as needed to enhance system performance.
3. Network Connectivity:
• Ensure stable network connectivity for BPO operations.
• Collaborate with network administrators to address connectivity issues.
• Implement and maintain VPN connections for remote work scenarios.
4. Security Measures:
• Enforce security policies to safeguard sensitive client data.
• Conduct periodic security audits and implement necessary measures.
• Educate BPO agents on security best practices.
5. Collaboration with BPO Teams:
• Work closely with BPO managers to understand IT requirements.
• Provide training sessions on IT tools and applications used in BPO processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
