The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, following up with clients, and handling our social media presence. This is a multifaceted position that requires a balance of administrative skills, client interaction, and digital engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee real estate transactions, ensuring all paperwork and processes are completed accurately and on time.
Regularly follow up with clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries to ensure outstanding customer service.
Create, schedule, and manage content across our social media platforms
Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
Assist in implementing marketing strategies and initiatives.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, and communications.
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Excellent ENGLISH written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with real estate transaction processes and client management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
