We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly organized Assistant Personal Lines Account Manager to assist our account management team in delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients!
You will play a crucial role in supporting our team's day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate must have experience in personal lines insurance including processes and terms, knowledge of how to use EZLynx, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a commitment to delivering exceptional support to our agents.
You would be responsible for:
- Helping manage our book of personal lines insurance business.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, policy renewals, and endorsements.
- Perform data entry and validation in EZLynx and phone system.
- Collaborate with the personal lines Account Manager to prepare quotations, proposals, and insurance summaries for current and prospective clients.
- Generate certificates of insurance, ID cards, and policy change requests.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and performing general clerical tasks.
