JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a long-term partner to join our team, anticipating a full-time commitment. Your role will involve shaping and expanding the position by creating SOPs, systemizing operations, and enhancing efficiencies.

Outlined below is a brief overview of the responsibilities:

**Office Work:**
- **Client Communication:**
- Handling phone calls, addressing new leads.
- Coordinating consultations for our Designers and Estimators.
- Addressing and managing customer complaints.

- **Emails:**
- Managing email marketing initiatives.
- Engaging in client email communications.

- **Billing:**
- Generating invoices and processing payments.
- Overseeing accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments, and managing collections.

**KPI's and Crew Engagement:**
- Gathering data from our crews to establish accurate KPIs.
- Analyzing billable vs. unbillable time.
- Assessing the weekly and daily revenue generated by each crew.
- Verifying the accuracy of crew timesheets and daily reports.

**Phone Call Management:**
- Managing client relationships through effective communication.

**Marketing Management:**
- Utilizing GoHighLevel software for streamlined processes.
- SEO & Website Optimization
- Google & FB Leads

**Office Email Management:**
- Overseeing digital marketing on platforms such as Facebook and Google.
- Providing customer service support.
- Assisting in project management, specifically in job costing.
- Creating and managing social media content.
- Setting appointments.
