3-Week Project: Building Systems for and Hiring VA

We are seeking an expert VA that has managed, trained, and built systems for other VAs. We will need someone to work with us to create optimized systems for our VAs. You will be responsible for the following:
- Hearing our needs/projects that we need help on
- Creating systems/goals for a more junior VA to work with us
- Sourcing, Interviewing, and training a more junior VA to work with us on a constant basis
