JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Personal Assistant. As a Social Media Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing social media accounts, uploading social media posts, scheduling content, and promptly responding to client inquiries. Responsibilities: 1. Customer Support: - Monitor social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for customer inquiries, comments, and messages. - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information in a timely manner. - Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction. - Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate department. 2. Social Media Management: - Create and upload engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms. - Develop and implement a content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and adherence to brand guidelines. - Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns. - Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies to drive engagement and grow the audience. 3. Content Scheduling: - Utilize social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule posts in advance. - Optimize content scheduling for optimal reach and engagement based on platform analytics and audience behavior. - Ensure accurate and timely posting of scheduled content, maintaining a consistent brand presence. 4. Client Communication: - Respond to client inquiries and messages on social media platforms promptly and professionally. - Provide comprehensive and accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company updates. - Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a positive and friendly tone in all client interactions. Requirements: - Proven experience in social media management, customer support, or related roles. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. - Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in using social media platforms and social media management tools. - Knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms. - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations. - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
