Profile Description
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education—major in English. I took and passed the Licensure Examination for teachers on 2019.
I used to teach the English Language in a classroom setting for 4 years, and online classroom for Japanese and Chinese students for 3 years.
I also had 4 years of experience in the BPO industry in a WFH set-up.
In my previous experience, I am a Records and Review Specialist. My responsibilities are to review the videos of students in different schools worldwide who are taking their exams online. I am like a policeman who will catch the students' misbehavior. Basically, they are taking their tests online, in front of the computer, so there are no reasons for them to look elsewhere.
With that previous job, I developed myself to be more attentive to details. My organization skills have become more exceptional, and my communication skills have become more effective because of almost daily conversations with my leaders about things that will help develop the company. Aside from that, since I work from home, my leaders don't see what I do here inside the house, I was able to practice integrity on a daily basis.
And with that experience, it led me in applying as a virtual assistant. I believe I still have a long way to go, but my passion and determination will lead me to success if I am given a chance.
