I worked as an Administrative Assistant in Pelican Suites. Assisting clients with short and long term rental stays (customer relations) for various cities in Canada and Seattle, Washington, USA.Overall duties include: call and email handling, staff tasks distribution, daily booking, processing collections (Stripe), collations and reports, resolution management, escalations, guest reviews and responses and sales.Some of my strengths include: strong communication skills, resourcefulness, flexible professional who enjoys learning new things and challenges, ability to adapt to changes, strong desire to grow and motivate others along the way.
I’ve also had an Ecommerce, and Cold calling experience in this industry.
