Profile Description

I begun working as a customer service representative and technical support way back in 2006 in a reputable BPO company in Makati, Philippines. And then I got an ideal offer from a startup BPO company in Ortigas after a year. 

I started with the same aforementioned positions, and then I got promoted as a supervisor after a year. Being a supervisor with proven track record, I was assigned to different startup accounts to help increase its performance levels.

Due to personal reasons, I had to give up my position and went back to my hometown in 2011. I then started seeking for a home-based job. After 6 unfortunate months, I dUpgrade to see actual info to apply for another office job. Because of my previous work experiences, I got hired immediately by multiple BPO companies near my hometown.

Finally, in 2013, I got an offer from a client in one of the online platforms in the market. I was offered to work as a Data Entry Contributor and Researcher, which supports the needs of a huge international company to maintain and update their database.

Since my family is getting bigger, I need to seek for additional source of income to support their financial needs. And at the same time, spend more time with them while working at home.
