I am a young HR Practitioner with almost 5 years experience in the Hospitality Industry. I started my career as an HR Assistant and was promoted to HR Executive and HR Supervisor consecutively. I've been exposed to different facets of HR from Timekeeping, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, and Training & Development. As an HR Supervisor, I ensure that company and local standards are followed in all processes of HR, proper documentation of employee documentation and records, making sure that employees are aware of their benefits, and facilitate processing of benefit requests.
As an HR Supervisor, I adhere accordingly to relevant regulations of Recruitment & Selection. Part of my duties is to follow documentation and verification rules on forms submitted by employees especially tax forms or any identification papers. In my position, it is also expected for me to establish understanding employee benefit packages such as health care and government mandated benefits. This should also be properly disseminated to employees for them to be aware of. I also act as the point person to answer benefit questions and submit forms for any enrollment and termination of employee benefits in a timely manner.
Overall, I am a very optimistic individual and always look for opportunities to enrich my skills and knowledge. I am a good communicator, fluent in basic computer functions, and keen to details.
