Profile Description

Half of my life was actually spent with Business process Upgrade to see actual infoaling with customers from north america over the phone.
Over a decade of being employed i have developed the leadership skills and the reason why I was promoted as a supervisor for the last 5 years.
Along with this I have developed the following skills that I think maybe deemed necessary for the job that you may wanna offer.
Strong Verbal and Written Communications Skills - over the years this was developed through intensive training and experience of talking to different customers over the phone and in person. I have been coaching agents with the opportunities that they have on their calls.
Knowledgeable of MS Tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Knowledgeable in Basic Reporting Functions like V-Lookup, Pivot and Index.
