I have worked as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative with Intuit QuickBooks Online for more than 6 years now, that makes me have an excellent understanding towards customer service, clerical works, accounting, bookkeeping and payroll preparation through Intuit QuickBooks. I have excellent verbal and written communication skills. I also have good organizational skills which makes me systematic and organize when working. I am computer literate, have worked using MS office's software such as outlook, word, and excel formulas, and I am familiar with any instant messaging applications as well as collaborative working tools like google docs and google sheets. I am an expert with Intuit QuickBooks Accounting. I am also good with US payroll, US taxes and forms preparations. I am very focus with tasks and always willing to learn new things and ideas. I'm also familiar with Online Shopping apps such as Shopify. I have experienced supporting customers through e-mail and through chat using Live Engage and Amazon Cresta. I am good with multi-tasking. I can assist 3 to 4 customers at the same time and still provide equally excellent customer service support.
