I have a call center experience for a year with an AT&T account as a customer service representative handling inbound calls and Healthcare account as a front pharm clerk doing outbound calls, that is why I already have the ability to do multitasking. I am a very attentive person and have a very good listening skills. I was trained on how to provide a quality customer service specially to foreign clients. I am an expert in using computer, google drive and MS Office applications. I am also a very fast learner. Right now I need to have a job where I am confident that I can do best. A job that would fit my schedule in order for me to meet deadlines and meet the client's expectations - always my main priority.
