? Process job posting advertisements
? Facilitate posting of Job advertisements and monitors it from time to time
? Contact applicants for schedule of interviews and exams
? Facilitate pre-employment examinations
? Conducts Reference Checks for Rank and File level positions
? Facilitate the discussion of pre-employment requirements
? Prepare on boarding kit for newly hired employees such as:
• Government Forms
• HR Forms
•
• ID printing
? Prepare reports to Government agencies for newly hired employees
B. Employee Relations
? Receives/print, check leave applications and endorses to Program Manager
? Monitors Leave Credits and Offsets
? Assist HR Supervisor for any company events
? Facilitate routing of exit clearance for resigned/terminated employees
? Do filing of documents to 201 file
? Participation to the HR news preparation (for team information)
C. Payroll
? Print and distribute payslips every payroll
? Prepare Government reports for remittances and loans every month
D. Administrative
? Book Flight and Boat tickets as requested
? Purchase Office Supplies that includes desktop or laptop for newly hired employees, if applicable
? Custodian of Office supplies
? Facilitate transmittal of documents thru courier to other branches outside Cebu
? Do encashment of checks for HR related expenses
? Facilitate printing of calling cards
? Facilitate request of company uniforms; custodian of the releasing of uniforms
? Update the calendar board monthly for the filed leaves, activities and holidays
